A production partner that already knows your brand.

For companies that need fresh photography and video every quarter, a recurring partnership replaces one-off bookings with a planned calendar and a team that learns your people, offices and standards.

Why Partner

A single assignment, or a partner across many

Hiring a photographer for one job is the right call sometimes. When content needs keep coming, the difference adds up.

Hiring for a single assignment

  • Every project starts with a new brief and a new vendor search
  • The photographer learns your brand from scratch each time
  • Styles and lighting drift between projects
  • Content is planned one request at a time, often at the last minute

Working with a visual production partner

  • Productions planned a quarter ahead around your real calendar
  • Brand standards, people and locations are already known
  • A consistent look across years of photography and video
  • Each production fills gaps in a library that keeps growing
Ongoing Content

  • Event coverageConferences, meetings and celebrations covered by a team that knows your people.
  • Marketing campaign assetsPhotography and video planned around each campaign’s message.
  • A current visual libraryNew hires added, outdated images retired, everything organized.
Partnership Rhythms

Three common rhythms

Every partnership is scoped individually. These show the shape, not a package or price.

Examples of how a partnership might be structured

Quarterly content days

For companies refreshing their library a few times a year.

  1. Planning call at the start of each quarter
  2. One content day covering portraits, workplace and video
  3. Delivery organized by team and channel
  4. New-hire headshots added between days as needed

Monthly production

For marketing teams publishing every week.

  1. Rolling monthly shot list agreed in advance
  2. A recurring half-day session on site
  3. Short-form video and photography for the month ahead
  4. Quarterly review of upcoming needs and library gaps

Event-anchored

For companies whose calendar revolves around key events.

  1. Planning built around conferences and leadership meetings
  2. Event coverage plus on-site interviews and portraits
  3. Follow-up production for recaps and campaigns
  4. Off-season session for evergreen content

Clear about what we do

Trestles Media plans and produces photography and video. We don’t manage social media accounts, run paid advertising or set marketing strategy, and we don’t promise business results we can’t control.

What we do promise is organized, well-made content delivered when it was agreed, from a team that understands how your business wants to look. We’re happy to work alongside your in-house marketers or agency.

Questions

Partnership questions

Is there a minimum commitment?

Partnership structure is agreed with each company based on its needs. Many partnerships begin after a single project or content day, once both sides know how the work fits together.

Do you run our social media or ads?

No. Trestles Media plans and produces photography and video. Your team or agency publishes and promotes it. We deliver files in the formats and crops your channels need and coordinate with whoever runs those channels.

Can the schedule change?

Yes. Quarterly planning exists so the production calendar can follow the business. Launches move and events get added; the plan is updated with you.

Who owns the content?

Usage rights are discussed during planning and set out in each written agreement, so you know exactly how the delivered content can be used before production begins.
